How booking works
We don’t sell packages off a menu. We’d rather hear about your group first, then put together the right sleds, cabin and plan.
Dial 414-828-2688. You’ll reach the person who will actually plan your trip.
Riding experience, group size, dates, and what you want out of it, whether that’s deep powder, big views or an easy day on the trails.
Sleds matched to every rider, the cabin for your crew, and you ride straight out onto the trail system.
The fleet
Our backcountry fleet is all Ski-Doo Summit and Lynx. Want the punch of a turbo or the finesse of a proven 850? We’ll match you to the right one.
Light, precise and built for deep snow. The benchmark mountain sled for sidehilling and carving through powder.
Nimble, tough and playful in steep terrain. A favorite for riders who like to throw a sled around.
Island Park’s groomed trail system is world-renowned. Our one- and two-person sleds let you explore it in comfort.
Exact models and years vary by season. Ask Mike what’s in the shop when you call.
Stay & ride
Our snowmobile rentals are for cabin guests, so your sleds are waiting where you sleep. Gear up in the morning and ride straight from the door.
Home base for our snowmobile rentals, with room for the whole crew and a place to dry out gear.
Lodge with us, ride with us. Snowmobile rentals are available to guests staying at the Drift Cabin. Mike will put the whole package together on the call.
Call to bookMeet the owner
“Backcountry riding is a passion of mine. It’s why I bought property in Idaho, because snowfall in Wisconsin just doesn’t compare. I’ve been riding in the mountains since 2002, and nothing compares to Island Park. Expert or beginner, I’ll make your trip fit what you want.”
